Premium Honey “Vanilla Fir” is the only Greek honey produced from the rare black fir trees of Mount Mainalo in Arcadia, Peloponnese. Its first name is due to its light color, a shade between pearl and vanilla. Vanilla fir honey is harvested between early May and mid-July and is well known for its taste and low sugar concentration.
